you coudn't be more wrong. yes, you should eat 6 times a day, but make them even meals to keep blood sugar stable. eat 40 grams of carbs and atleast 20 grams of protein at each meal. You won't be able to last a couple weeks without carbohydrates. You will feel weaker, tired, and get headaches. I figure this is good for cutting, I'm pretty skinny, but i still dont have anything close to a six pack for some reason, and for the lacrosse season I've been getting into wieght lifting. So i guess my question is, should i be bulking?

Fat is good for you, Carbohydrates are not. Everything revolves around diet. Eat only Protien, and count your carbs. Stay under 60 per day. You'll notice you'll start to get those Six Packs and more Muscle Definition.
